Good for getting started

I was looking for something to help me with a side project and found Moralis. I started with the free tier and it really helped me get a feel for things. The documentation was pretty straightforward, which was nice. I used the Web3 Data API to pull some info and it worked fine. It's a solid platform if you're just dipping your toes into Web3 dev.

Detailed experience with Moralis

I signed up for a paid plan to use the Wallet Intelligence feature for a client project. The ordering process was smooth, I just picked the plan and entered my payment details in the dashboard. I didn't need any support during setup, which was great, the guides covered everything. The quality of the data from the Wallet Intelligence API was high, very accurate. It integrated well with my existing stack. The only small thing was understanding the rate limits initially, but once I got the hang of it, it was fine. Delivery of the API access was instant, naturally. Overall, a good experience for professional use.

Easy to use APIs

Needed a quick way to get NFT data. Used the NFT API on Moralis. It worked. Setup was fast. Data came back as expected. Simple and effective for my needs.

Solid platform with room for growth

I've been exploring Moralis for my project focused on RWA Data. The setup was mostly straightforward, and I found the documentation for the API quite helpful. Getting access to the data was quick once I subscribed to a higher tier. I appreciate the range of APIs they offer, especially for specific data like RWA. One area that could be improved is the clarity around scaling up from the free tier; it wasn't immediately obvious which plan would be best for my specific data volume needs. But, the overall value for the price seems fair for what it delivers.

Consistent performance, always returning

I've been using Moralis for over a year now for various projects. My first experience was with their Token API, which was reliable. This time, I opted for their Enterprise Web3 Solutions for a larger project, including some custom SLAs. What keeps me coming back is how consistent their service is. Every time, the APIs perform as expected, and the support for the enterprise tier has been very responsive. They've maintained their quality over time, which is key for development work.

Thinking of switching from Alchemy to Moralis. Anyone have experience comparing the two? Is Moralis actually better?

R Ryan Okafor 1 month ago
I used both for a bit. Moralis feels a bit more developer-friendly with their SDK, and the streams API is solid. Alchemy has its strengths too, but I prefer Moralis for cross-chain stuff.

Depends on what you're building tbh. Moralis has a good rep for speed and broad chain support. I'd say try their free tier and see how it feels for your specific use case.

hey, trying to figure out which plan to get. is the free tier actually useful or is it super limited?

G Gwen Hughes 2 months ago
Yeah, it's pretty good for starting out. You get access to a bunch of stuff like the Data API and some basic RPC nodes. Enough to build a small project.

Totally. I built my first dApp with it and only upgraded when I started needing more advanced features and higher request limits.
